    Copyright Policy

    Effective October 7, 2026

My Coin Stack lets members post photos, listings, comments and other content. We respect the rights of creators, and we expect members to post only what they have the right to share. This page explains how to tell us about content that infringes your copyright, and what happens next. It's part of our Terms of Service.

We respond to notices of alleged infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

    Our designated agent

Send copyright notices and counter-notices to our designated agent, registered with the U.S. Copyright Office:

    Copyright Manager
John Galt Group, LLC (doing business as Cedar Forge Labs and My Coin Stack)
    1702 Macy Drive
    Roswell, GA 30076
    United States
    Phone: (771) 222-9666
    Email: [email protected]

This contact is only for copyright matters. For anything else, including other reports about content, use the report button in the app or our contact page; messages about other topics sent to the agent won't get a reply.

    Reporting infringement

If you believe content on My Coin Stack infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to act for, send a written notice to our agent that includes:

    • Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough for an email).
    • The copyrighted work you believe was infringed, or a list if there are several.
    • The content you want removed and where to find it. A link is best. Inside the app, give the member's username and what the content is, such as the listing title, the post and its date, or which photo.
    • Your name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
    • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
    • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

When we receive a complete notice, we remove or disable access to the content promptly and let the member who posted it know. We may give them a copy of your notice, including your contact details, so they can respond. An incomplete notice may not be acted on; we'll tell you what's missing where we can.

Before sending a notice, please consider whether the use could be fair use. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing can be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

    If your content was removed

If we removed something you posted and you believe that was a mistake, or that you had the right to post it, you can send a counter-notice to our agent. It must include:

    • Your physical or electronic signature.
    • The content that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed.
    • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
    • Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located (or, if you're outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.

We'll send a copy of your counter-notice to the person who filed the original notice. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to stop the infringement, we'll restore the content between 10 and 14 business days after we received your counter-notice.

    Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of members who repeatedly infringe copyright. Generally, an account that has content removed in response to three valid notices that weren't resolved by a counter-notice will be closed. We may close an account sooner, or limit features such as listing on the marketplace, when infringement is clear and deliberate.

    Other kinds of complaints

This process is for copyright only. If content uses your trademark, impersonates you, shares your private information, or breaks our community rules in some other way, report it from inside the app or through our contact page, and we'll handle it under our Terms of Service.
